Boy's Win, Girl's Game Cancelled
The Montague boys basketball team traveled to Prairie Valley Monday night to take on the Bulldogs after starting the season 2-0. In this contest, the Eagles tough defense was on full display allowing on average just 4 points per quarter with many different Eagle players getting involved on the offensive end. After leading at the half by a score of 29-8, the Eagles would add another 22 points in the second half on their way to a 51-16 win over the Bulldogs. The win improves Montague’s record to 3-0 for the year and they will host Bellevue next Monday night, 12/6. The girl's game was cancelled by Prairie Valley due to not enough players. At this time there is not a reschedule date.
