Montague closed out the basketball season Monday night with a win and a loss. The boys lost to Slidell 51-10. Mitchell Eldred had 5 points followed by Ty Debord and Tristan Parr 2 each and Colton Tipton made one freethrow.
Montague girls beat Slidell in a very exciting 27-22 game. CJ Hamilton had 14 points, Tiffany Osbourn and Jose Contreras had 4 each, while Bailey Croxton had 5. Montague closes out a successful basketball season and will concentrate on the upcoming track season.
