Child Safety Laws

September 1st, 2009 the DPS enforced new child safety laws. In PE class, we measured and weighed PK-8th grade (for the Fitnessgram) to see what category they fall in to help parents out. If your child is not tall or weigh enough to be in an adult seatbelt then you will be receiving a note telling you what "phase" your child is in according to the new laws.
